BOY'D LECHON

Lechon is one of the finest delicacies of Filipinos.It is origanated in Spain and spread throughout all the areas.The word lechon comes from the spanish word, lechon which means suckling pig.Its is one of the favorite food here in the Philippines, and cebu is considered to have the best lechon on the Islands of the Philippines. Lechon is a whole pig cooked on a large stick over a pit filled with charcoal and here in antique we have a davao styled lechon called ”BOY’D LECHON”. Boy’d lechon starts in the year of 2019 up to now and manage by its very own owner Boyd Penero, a lechonero For almost 20 years. Even it’s located in antique some of our OFW outside the country are still patronizing boy’d lechon.
